Our commitment

BP Logix wants bplogix.com to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We work to improve the accessibility of this website over time.

Standard we are working toward

Our goal is for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is the standard the U.S. Department of Justice adopted for state and local government web content under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. WCAG 2.1 AA is our target. This statement is not a certification of conformance.

What we do

  • We test this website with automated accessibility tools and with manual checks, such as navigating by keyboard only.
  • We run these checks at least once a year and after any redesign.
  • We fix the issues we find, starting with those that stop people from finding information or contacting us.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site may not yet meet our target:

  • Older blog posts. Some blog content was published years ago, before our current checks, and may not have been reviewed against WCAG 2.1 AA.
  • Third-party forms. Forms on this site are provided by a third-party service, and we have limited control over their accessibility.

If any part of the site is hard to use, contact us and we will work with you to provide the information in another way.

This statement covers bplogix.com. Accessibility of our Process Director product is documented in its Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT). The currently published report, last revised November 14, 2019, is available at doc.bplogix.com/content/BPLVPAT.pdf. An updated report for Process Director version 6.2 is in preparation.
