New Version Includes Enhanced Mobile and Cloud Capabilities, Social Network Integration, and Multimedia Annotation

Process Director Version 3.0 enhances BPM with social media integration. The version enables customers to: 1) Drive workflow behavior from social media events including a tweet or Facebook status update; 2) Respond to customers via Twitter (tweet, RT, DM, reply) and 3) Manage Facebook campaigns (likes/unlikes, comments). These include saving files to Dropbox, filling dropdown menus using Google Sheets, collaborating with colleagues on presentations using SharePoint, downloading documents from Google Docs or populating form fields with data from Amazon SimpleDB.
