Position summary
Professional Services Implementers configure and deploy low-code business process automation applications using BP Logix Process Director. As a Professional Services team member, you will work with customers to understand their business processes, design automated solutions, build and test applications, and provide ongoing support. This is a hands-on technical implementation role — expect to spend 70-80% of your time configuring forms, workflows, and integrations rather than writing requirements documents or managing projects.
Primary responsibilities

Configure digital forms with conditional logic, validation rules, and data connections

Build automated workflows with approval routing, notifications, and task assignments

Connect applications to external databases and REST APIs to pull and push data

Troubleshoot configuration issues and investigate system behavior when things don't work as expected

Test applications thoroughly before deployment to ensure they handle real-world scenarios

Deploy and migrate applications across environments (development → staging → production)

Provide Help Desk assistance to customers experiencing issues with their applications

Document your work and escalate bugs or feature requests to Engineering when appropriate
Key qualifications
English proficiency: C1 (Advanced) required for written and verbal communication with US-based customers and team members.
1. SQL & Database Fundamentals

Write SELECT queries with JOINs, WHERE clauses, and basic aggregations (COUNT, SUM, GROUP BY)

Understand relational database concepts: tables, primary/foreign keys, relationships

Bonus: SQL Server experience, stored procedures, or data cleanup scripting
2. Boolean Logic & Conditional Thinking

Comfortable with AND/OR/NOT logic and nested conditions

Can translate business rules into logical statements (e.g., "If amount > $5000 AND department = Finance, route to VP for approval")

Bonus: Experience with decision tables or rule engines
3. Form Building & UI Configuration

Experience building forms with show/hide logic, field validation, or calculated fields

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for layout adjustments

Bonus: Experience with form builders (Power Apps, InfoPath, Adobe Forms, Google Forms with scripting) or JavaScript
4. Workflow & Process Automation

Understanding of approval workflows: routing, notifications, escalation, delegation

Grasp of sequential vs. parallel task execution

Bonus: Experience with workflow tools (Power Automate, Nintex, K2, ServiceNow, Salesforce Flow) or BPMN notation
5. REST APIs & System Integration

Basic understanding of REST concepts: endpoints, GET/POST methods, authentication

Ability to read and interpret JSON or XML data structures

Bonus: Experience with Postman, JSONPath/XPath, or OAuth authentication
6. Technical Troubleshooting

Systematic approach to isolating and diagnosing problems

Comfortable reading error messages and logs to identify root causes
