Kasia Hein-Peters graduated as a medical doctor and completed her residency in psychiatry at the Medical University in Wroclaw, Poland. After working as a clinical psychiatrist at a teaching hospital, she joined the pharmaceutical industry, working at Eli Lilly, Merck (MSD), Novartis, Sanofi, and Terumo BCT.
Over the years, she's overseen the launches of several first-in-class treatments and vaccines, which profoundly improved the standards of patient care. She has deep experience developing enterprise, portfolio, brand and medical strategies and creating market conditions for growth through policy, advocacy, and scientific initiatives.
After 30+ years of leadership roles in big corporations, Kasia now helps her clients reach strategic goals, achieve sustainable growth, launch leading brands, and scale up their organizations by developing innovation capabilities and applying a systematic innovation management process. She increases the odds of successfully bringing health innovations to the market, aiming to improve patient outcomes and organizations' performance.
