What Steve and Greg had to say about their experience…
Capabilities and Needs
“Process Director was the strongest product to meet both short and long term needs. It would also save the Agency about 35 support hours a week (or one full time employee) in addition to eliminating the backlog.”
Benefits of Process Director
“What we are doing in Process Director far exceeds what we bought it to do. Process Director is now a critical part of how we run the business.”
Dynamic Workflows, Electronic Signatures and Centralized Administration Were Key Criteria
As one of the world’s largest ad agencies, Leo Burnett Worldwide recognized the need to more efficiently handle its internal and external processes and users – the processes that enabled the Agency to become the industry leader it is.
With increased workloads and demanding clients, automating its Client Estimating process, Leo Burnett’s core business process, was key to achieving its objective. By automating that one process the Agency would be able to limit the number of outstanding estimates, track and report on each estimate and standardize its procedures.
Because its document management and file sharing system had never been designed to handle the kind of approvals and changes that occurred within the estimating process, adding more complex rules to the system was not an answer.
A BPM tool that could handle both complex and simple workflows easily and without coding was the overarching requirement. From a list of criteria, the Agency determined it needed a flexible, easy to use solution that incorporated dynamic workflows, provided detailed reporting, was extensible and scalable and could support hundreds of concurrent users.
From automating its initial business process, Leo Burnett has expanded into automating other processes across the company.
