The City of Fort Worth Named Finalist in the 2018 KMWorld Reality Awards
City Recognized for its Digital Transformation Initiatives and Successes
San Diego, CA– Dec. 17, 2018 ––BP Logix, provider of low-code/no-code BPM solutions for rapid digital application development, today announced that its customer, the City of Fort Worth, has been selected as a Finalist in the 2018 KMWorld Reality Awards, which recognizes organizations who have demonstrated leadership in the implementation of knowledge management practices and processes—realizing measurable business results, and where knowledge management is a positive reality.
The acknowledgment is based on a City-wide digital transformation initiative that combines the alignment of adaptable, low-code technology with leveraging creative applications to improve City systems and processes. One of the fastest growing cities in the U.S., Fort Worth sought to redefine City processes, leverage data in existing systems, and to extend it to where and how the customer needed to participate—providing a single point where all forms could be located through various search options.
The City is in the process of rolling out its Citizen Forms Portal that will serve the needs of its citizens and those who do business with the City of Fort Worth. “To meet the demands of a growing community, we needed to implement a solution to create efficiencies across the board, and chose BPM technology for its role in enabling us to achieve what we have in such a short period of time,” said Kevin Gunn, Chief Technology Officer for the City of Fort Worth.
The City’s BPM implementation was built on BP Logix Process Director, which brings the power of BPM and artificial intelligence to enterprise applications. Designed to enable digital innovation and business transformation, Process Director is disrupting the industry with its low code technology that represents the harmonization of BPM and AI – changing how companies do business and approach digital transformation.
“Fort Worth is a prime example of a customer who is making transformative changes across its entire organization—both internal and customer-facing processes,” said Jay O’Brien, CEO of BP Logix. “They are fully leveraging our BPM technology to create and deliver City services in order to be the best managed City in the U.S., and we are happy to support their mission.”
