• Microsoft Windows 2003/2008/2008 R2/2012 Server (all service packs are supported, 32- and 64-bit)
• Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or higher, Oracle 11g or higher, or the SQL Server Express Edition packaged with the products
• .NET Framework 3.5
• 2 Ghz (or higher) CPU, minimum 2 GB memory, minimum of 500 MB hard drive space

Process Director eForm Builder:

• .NET Framework 2.0

Users / Clients:

• No client software or plug-ins required
• Process Director can be accessed by any client browser—all browsers are supported, including mobile devices
