BP Logix PDF File Conversions

The BP Logix products provide data transformation capabilities that allow data and files to be converted to various formats. The PDF conversion functions are integrated into the workflow software allowing snapshots of eForms and/or documents to be converted to PDF at different points in the process. Approved workflow requests can automatically create a single PDF file for archive that contains the eForms and all document attachments. The resulting PDF(s) can be stored in the product repository, emailed, saved to a network file system, or “pushed” to another product.

With BP Logix PDF transformations you can:

• Create PDF archives/snapshots of electronic forms (eForms) after approval;
• Automatically convert electronic documents to PDF;
• Merge PDF documents into a single PDF file;
• Create “pixel-perfect” printable renditions of eForms in PDF format;
• Provide a web viewable rendition of any document.
