BP Logix Supported Document Types

BP Logix products provide an integrated document management system that supports all document and file types.

Any file can be uploaded and managed by the BP Logix products. This includes file types such as PDF, TXT, GIF, JPG, Microsoft Office documents, BMP, PNG, WAV, EPS, AI, and TIFF. Documents and files can also be attached to eForms during workflow processing. This ensures that document attachments are available to other workflow participants, while securely stored on the server.

The BP Logix products give authorized users access to documents and files in their native formats. However, BP Logix Process Director also supports a powerful feature for users who do not require the ability to modify a document (e.g. reviewers, approvers, corporate users viewing policies and procedures, etc.) It allows any document type that is uploaded to the server to be associated with a web viewable rendition of the document (PDF or HTML). The web viewable rendition can be accessed by any authorized users with just their browser. When used with the optional iMarkup annotation plug-in, users can collaboratively annotate and mark up a document that is under review or being collaborated on.
