How It Works

There are two components to the Java Annotation SDK. A server side component (Java Annotation SDK) and a client component (ActiveX plug-in). Your application integrates with the BP Logix Java Annotation SDK and the plug-in provides the graphical annotation functions inside your browser.

The BP Logix Java Annotation SDK is distributed as a JAR file with documented interfaces. This SDK is not a standalone product; it is a Java module that can be integrated into your web-based application for deployment. The BP Logix Java Annotation SDK installation program installs sample JSP and Java code, documentation, release notes, and a relational database for testing the samples. This installation program installs the SDK only. The installation of the BP Logix Java components will be performed as part of your integrated offering.
