We're looking for a sharp, personable, and energetic systems and software engineer with these qualities:

• A programming background (C#, VB, asp.net) (computer science or related degree preferred);
• Some experience in systems administration (Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL Server);
• Great interpersonal skills;
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to clearly convey technical information to a non-technical audience;
• (Preferred) Exposure to business process management, workflow automation, document management, or electronic forms;
• Solid understanding of web 2.0 technologies;
• Ethically grounded, great sense of humor, driven to excel, and an unstoppable desire to learn;
• Foosball skills totally optional.

This position doesn't require a ton of experience.
