Position

This position requires strong development experience with enterprise software. The candidate is expected to have performed the functions of a software developer for a minimum of ten years. He or she will be involved with software development and system design of software that provides workflow automation, content management, business process management & electronic forms processing. The individual will play a critical role in the development process by serving as team leader, providing technical expertise and assistance to other developers.

Responsibilities:

Development and design of enterprise applications software
Provide level 3 technical support of customer issues
Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape

Required skills

Designing applications that run on mission critical high volume databases
Web development skills: HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
Team lead experience
.NET 3.5, C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, Visual Studio, VB.NET
SQL Server & Oracle database knowledge
Skilled in relational data modeling principles and techniques
Windows IIS expertise
Windows application development
At least 10 years experience designing and developing n-tier Windows applications
Development background in enterprise software environment
Ability to understand and analyze customer technical needs
MS Office development experience (macros, VB, formulas, pivot tables)
Support background, requires ability to work with customers on technical support issues
Use of installation applications to create install programs
Experience installing, configuring and maintaining enterprise applications
Strong presentation, written and verbal skills
Effective PC skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and outgoing personality
Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Strong dedication to customer care

Other Skills/Abilities

Background in Workflow Automation / BPM
Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends as requested by management
Ability to participate in webinars, conferences, press/analyst tours, etc.
Project Management background (interface between customer and internal technical resources)
Some experience installing, configuring and maintaining enterprise applications

Experience / Education

10+ years Software Development Experience
Bachelors Degree or higher
