Event: “Business Process Forum” - Time: BPM's Missing Dimension

Scott Menter, VP of Business Solutions at BP Logix presented “Time: BPM's Missing Dimension.” This session discussed how the traditional business process model omits a key element of business process management: time. Menter described how other traditional business process modeling and management solutions fail to solve some core issues. Learn about the benefits of a time-based approach to BPM, how “time” can be accurately reflected within a business process model, and how that information can be used to enhance running processes.
